Visual Design

• Sufficient color contrast (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
• Content does not rely solely on color to convey meaning

Media

• Alternative text for all images
• Video player with keyboard controls
• Captions available for pitch videos (when provided by pitcher)

Motion & Animation

• Respects "prefers-reduced-motion" system setting
• No auto-playing content that cannot be paused
• Animations can be disabled for users who prefer reduced motion

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there are some known limitations:

• User-generated video content: Pitch videos uploaded by users may not include captions or audio descriptions. We encourage pitchers to provide captions.
• PDF documents: Some older PDF documents (pitch decks) may not be fully accessible. We are working on improving document accessibility.
• Third-party content: Some embedded third-party widgets may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
