• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent
• IP Address: For security and fraud prevention

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Ahmedabad, India (ap-south-1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

For users in the European Union, this constitutes a cross-border data transfer. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as our transfer mechanism under GDPR Article 46(2)(c).

5. Data Sharing

We share your data with the following third parties:

• Razorpay: Payment processing
• Twilio: SMS/OTP delivery
• SendGrid: Email delivery
• Microsoft Azure: AI analysis of pitch content
• AWS: Infrastructure and storage

6. Data Retention

• Profile Data: Until account deletion
• Pitch Content: Duration of chapter plus 24 months for audit
• Financial Records: 7 years (tax compliance requirement)
• KYC Documents: 5 years after account closure
• Audit Logs: 24 months
