1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adhunik Invest ("the Platform"), a product operated by Adhunik Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Users who wish to submit pitches or receive prize money must complete KYC verification and provide valid PAN details for TDS compliance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• One account per person is permitted
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Providing false information may result in account termination

4. Pitch Submissions

By submitting a pitch, you represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

Pitches undergo AI pre-review for quality and compliance. We reserve the right to reject or remove pitches that violate our Community Guidelines.

Submission fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Community Reviews

Reviewers must provide honest, constructive feedback. Gaming the review system, coordinated voting, or submitting fake reviews will result in account suspension.

Review scores contribute to composite scoring and affect leaderboard rankings. We employ AI detection and manual moderation to ensure review integrity.

6. Payments & Prizes

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prize money is distributed according to the rules specified for each chapter.

Prize winnings are subject to TDS deduction at applicable rates as per Indian tax law. Winners must provide valid PAN for TDS compliance.

Prize payouts are made in three tranches: 60% immediately, 20% after 30 days (with journey update), and 20% after 60 days (with journey update).

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or scores
• Use automated tools to access the Platform
• Circumvent security measures or restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

The Platform's design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Adhunik Labs Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

Account deletion includes a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for the content of user submissions or the accuracy of reviews provided by community members.
